By maintaining an active premium subscription to Checkpoint Watch, members automatically agree to the following official giveaway rules:

​1. Exclusive Eligibility

​All giveaways are strictly exclusive to active, premium Checkpoint Watch WhatsApp subscribers.

​To be eligible for any draw, your subscription must be fully paid and completely up to date at the exact time the draw takes place. Any subscriber whose account is overdue, suspended, or in arrears will be completely excluded.

​Entrants must be legal residents of New Zealand currently residing in the country.

​2. The Prizes & Restrictions

​For our standard promotional draws, the prize consists of either a 3-Month New Zealand Vehicle Registration (Rego) extension or a $50 NZD Fuel Voucher.

​Vehicle Restrictions: The 3-month vehicle registration prize is strictly applicable to standard, private passenger vehicles only (cars, SUVs, utes, and private vans). Heavy vehicles, commercial vehicles, transport fleets, and vehicles requiring specialized commercial licensing are completely excluded from the rego prize. If a winner owns an excluded vehicle, they will receive the $50 fuel voucher instead.

​Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or subscription credits.

​3. Fair Draw & Strict 24-Hour Redraw Rule

​To ensure absolute fairness, all winners are selected electronically using an independent online random draw generator. Every active subscriber has an identical mathematical chance of winning.

​The selected winner will be contacted directly via the phone number linked to their active premium WhatsApp subscription.

​The winner must respond and claim their prize within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification message on the group chat.

​If the winner fails to respond or cannot be reached within that 24-hour window, the prize is automatically forfeited. Checkpoint Watch will immediately conduct a complete redraw to select a new winner. This process will repeat until the prize is successfully claimed.
